Maintenance Agreements

Let CRF Mechanical set you up on a maintenance agreement where we regularly come to your site to inspect the equipment for parts that need to be replaced before they completely shut down. With a maintenance agreement, we clean the units and replace the filters and belts so the units are getting good, clean air flow. This type of preventative care can prevent down unit time and actually extend the life of your units. We also have plumbing and refrigeration maintenance agreements to routinely clean and inspect your drains and refrigeration equipment. Our prices are very competitive and customer service is our number one concern.

For an annual fee, we will perform quarterly preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, plumbing, and ­commercial refrigeration.
